  2. Imogen Heap uses a more melodic/musical take, whereas Bon Iver uses his voice at different pitches to create a full sound.
Imogen Heap sings into a voice modifier to make it bigger and distort the notes she is actually singing. Watching "Hide and Seek" live is amazing.

So, to simplify..."Woods" is an organic piece whereas "Hide and Seek" is a distorted melody. But I do love both songs, and I would think if you like either one you would enjoy the other if you hadn't heard it before.

  3. Imogen has a different sound in many ways from Bon. I personally like them both but Imogen's to me is better. The amazing thing about Bon's song is that he only said one thing over and over again as Imogen's song had more of a story to it. I love both songs and listen to them a lot. I hope both artists and other musicians will come out with more songs like these so we might have more to compare to.

  4. His name isn't Bon <3 It's Justin Vernon, and he's a genius :)

  5. Mario Spinetti has a song called Delirious that reminds me of both of these. Also, Elliot Wheeler's song Turn It Down is a lot like this.
